Create a new branded CX for Thai Airways.
Solution
Starting with research into the culture and the competition we formulated a strategy that took equities from the existing brand and elevated the entire experience to a new level. Our work included a new graphic identity along with core identity elements, the print communications, the onboard cabin experience, and all landside and airside touch points.
We developed a comprehensive branding program that blossomed a new customer experience for Thai Airways. The program included:
- A new brand platform and strategy
- Designed and developed cabin interiors and livery concepts
- Designed and developed ticket offices, lounges and gate areas
- Designed and developed all marketing and collateral material
Results
This program yielded a new branded experience for Thai Airways. From high-tech communications at the customer ticket counters to high-touch waiting lounges, and aircraft interiors, the image and values of Thai Airways spread throughout the flying process.
